Ms Barbara Mulwana has served as Executive Director Nice House of Plastics Ltd since 1991. Barbara started working with Nice House of Plastics after working as an Applications Engineer with Good Year Tyre and Rubber Company (Akron, Ohio) and worked as the Head Sales and Marketing Department in Nice House of Plastics before assuming her current role as Executive Director.
Ms Barbara Mulwana has served on a number of Boards and Steering Committees.
She serves as Director Jesa Farm Dairy and Uganda Batteries Ltd (All under Mulwana Group of Companies), Director Stanbic Bank Uganda and Uganda Manufacturers Association.

Paul Obiero was appointed as COO, Nice House of Plastics in December 2018. Paul previously had a stint at Highlands Mineral Water as a Chief Operating Officer and Kenya Airways as Head of Operational Excellence and was the driving force behind the deployment of Operational Excellence at the airline for 5years.
He began his career at GlaxoSmithKline (then SmithKline Beecham before the merger with Glaxo) Welcome in 2001. Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Paul values a challenge and the simple thought of creating solutions where none exists.
Qualifications: - MBA in Strategic Management - MSc Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain - BA in Economics & Mathematics -Certified Supply Chain Professional - Business Coach.

Eddie started working with Nice House of Plastics as a Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Works Manager, Director Works, and currently he is Head of O & TC.Eddie is passionate about building things, taking up something and transforming into a purpose or value.
Mr Eddie Senkumba is Polymer Science and Mould making Engineer and is a recognised MDW (Mission Directed Workteams) Coach.
Eddie has won several awards including Award of Long Service at NHOP, Coach, Best performing team at NHOP ( Won this twice).

Joseph was appointed head of Manufacturing, Nice House of Plastics in November 2020. He has a wealth of 10 years experience in the manufacturing set up mostly accumulated from Rwenzori Bottling & Century Bottling, now under CCBA. In his career journey, he has worked as a technician, maintenance planner, maintenance controller, plant engineer, production manager.
Qualifications: - Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering.
He was a key pillar in driving the different levels of problem solving in CCBA Uganda where he is an accrediated Trainer of Trainees from CCI for both Team and Team leader trainings.
He enjoys skills development for his employees and doesn't believe in leaving any body behind.
He works tirelessly to drive a full automonous system for maximum equipment reliability.
Joseph believes that good attitude with the right support mechanism drives excellent results and motivates competence in every sense.

Earliest fond memories at Nice House Of Plastics: In my first weeks, I was amazed by the work culture here, the staff were always here on time or earlier, even when it rained!. That hasn’t changed a bit, I appreciate it even more now that am Head of Human Resources.
